1: Tantalus Vineyards Winter Market

2: Somatic Healing

In the midst of life’s chaos, finding a path to balance and peace becomes essential. Enter Somatic Healing, a transformative experience that beckons you to reconnect with your body and reclaim serenity.

On November 26th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, immerse yourself in an exploration of the transformative power of Somatic Healing at the Rotary Centre for the Arts in Downtown Kelowna. Facilitated by a Certified and Trauma Informed Somatic Coach, this session promises to guide you through techniques designed to heighten bodily awareness, release tension, and process emotions or trauma stored within.

Somatic Healing, a form of therapy deeply rooted in the mind-body connection, can be a balm for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Group sessions, hosting up to 10 participants, ensure a personalized and supportive environment.

For an in-person session, bring along your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal, and pen. Don’t miss this chance to embark on a journey toward holistic well-being.

3: UBCO Heat Volleyball vs. UofA Golden Bears & Pandas

Feel the heat as UBCO takes on the UofA Golden Bears & Pandas in an exhilarating volleyball showdown at the UBCO Athletics & Recreation on November 25th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The Furnace, renowned for its lively and welcoming atmosphere, is the perfect backdrop for a double-header game night. The Heat Women, boasting a 13-11 performance in the 2022/23 regular season, and the Heat Men, finishing strong at 7-17, promise an evening of intense sportsmanship and spirited competition.

Support the only USport program in the Okanagan Valley as the UBCO Heat competes in the Canada West Conference against universities from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. With a variety of ticket options, including free entry for UBC students and kids 12 and under, this is an event that caters to all fans.
