A new 14 story Kelowna condominium has approval for the corner of Ellis and Clement right next door to the BNA public house and Prospera Place. GSL Group of Vancouver, the original builder of Prospera Place and the owner of the Capri Mall property on Gordon Road and Hwy 97 has submitted plans to the city.
GSL already owns the land which is currently used as a parking lot. The city of Kelowna is asking GSL to consider improving the parking allocation for the condos to help with the overall congestion that occurs in the area during events and Hockey games.
Graham Lee’s GSL Group of companies and has been an innovative development partner for many municipalities in Canada. They currently have an agreement with the City of Kelowna to transfer ownership of Prospera Place Arena in 2030. They also built and manage the CNC sports facility in the Lower Mission Neighbourhood which is part of the larger complex at Mission Recreational Park on Gordon Drive.
