Big White Resort Living at its Finest

This Big White chalet has everything you could need to be connected to your family or work from the chalet – Telus Optik TV, Wifi and Internet. The main floor bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full bathroom, a rec room with a pull out sofa bed, flat-screen TV, blu-ray player, and Xbox, and laundry facilities. The door from the rec room opens out to the private hot tub with a view of the gorgeous Monashee Mountains. The second floor opens to a great room with a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a half bathroom. This floor has a sofabed. The third floor has a master bedroom and full ensuite. There is another bedroom on this floor with a double-over-double and a single-over-single bunk. This unit could sleep 15-16 people as needed. It is easy Ski In/Out for the kids and inexperienced skier and takes you directly to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost and Plaza Chair.

Fully turn-key property, furnishings, linens, beds, kitchen utensils, dishes etc all replaced in the past year !! Excellent income April 2019 to Mar 2020 grossed 90K !
