These Kelowna Condos have sold very well with only 12 units left in the building. One of the local in the area has mentioned a new floor goes on the building every 10 days so we anticipate a fast completion for this excellent residential tower. The residential development also features several street level townhome all of which have sold. Current units available are all 2 bedroom on levels 3 to 20. The top 3 floors feature only 2 condos per floor while the lower floors have 6 units per floor. These all have amazing lakeviews.
